Abstract
|
|
|
Generally, acute leukemia were diagnosed morphologically, by using the light
microscopy. But, to determine the prognosis and the direction of therapy, it must to be
subclassified.
Recently, detection of surface markers, especially using the flow cytometry give the
information about the cell lineage, the stage of cellular development. And it is possible
to subclassify it more accurately with less effort and time.
We have experinced a case of leukemia that no surface markers were detected by
flow cytometry.
